Now as many of users may be unknown of torrents and I am here going to explain about downloading through torrents so its will be useful if we learn about torrent.
A torrent file stores meta data used for Bit Torrent. It is defined in the Bit Torrent specification.
A torrent file contains the URLs of multiple trackers and integrity meta data about all the pieces.
It is a peer to peer sharing service.

Some of downloaders use peer to peer sharing service as BitTorrent ,μTorrent,transmission, kTorrent(For Linux).
So first of all you just have to install any of these software in your system. I will prefer for BitTorent as it is most used torrent client in world.
Now there are many sites which provides you the service for download torrents.

2.www.isohunt.com(Main stream downloading site)
3.www.thepiratebay.com(Main stream downloading site)

So Now you just have to download torrents from these sites.
Always remember to download only torrent which have seeds more then zero.

Let us assume you want to download Inception movie.
Now first of all you should open torrentz.com in you browser.
This will give you many result from which you have to choose the right result as per file name.
Now it will move to next window which will look like this :->
So here you will find some torrent sites links that will provide you the .torrent file.
Just click on any link. (I will prefer thepiratebay.com if it is there).
Click on Download this torrent to start downloading of .torrent file.
Remember it is not the actual file but just a .torrent file.
Now after it completes downloading of .torrent file now you just have to open it in torrent client(BitTorrent. utorrent etc.).
Its will ask you to which file you want to download presented in this download.
You can choose the files you want to download or simply can click on ok to download all files in it.
Rest is up to bit torrent.
It also have facility of automatic start downloading if your system is restarted.
You do not have to worry about any thing extra.
